The Transporter is back

To ensure your success, the new Transporter improves on almost all areas compared to its predecessor: Experience increased comfort in the cab, 61 mm more load space length as standard – and if that's not enough, for the first time even more than 3 m of cargo space length in the optional version with a long wheelbase. You can also benefit from significantly more width, for example with an additional 148 mm between the wheel arches. The larger dimensions benefit the interior, which not only gives you more space for your load, but can also offer you and your team an even more comfortable driving experience in busy everyday life. All this growth means a considerably larger load volume – but the new transporter has also taken it up a notch in terms of payload and towing capacity. From up to 5.8 m3 in the variant with normal wheelbase and normal roof up to a maximum of 9 m3 in the high-roof version with a long wheelbase – the new van offers more storage space than ever before. While the payload increases from 1.2 to up to 1.33 t, the maximum dynamic roof load increases from 150 to 170 kg. Not to forget the towing capacity: it grows from 2.5 to an impressive 2.8 t.

Keep track of things on the go with the innovative Digital Cockpit, while the modern assistance systems make your everyday work easier.
